Property and Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation,the following will apply:
· 40% if the cancellation occurs after the booking.
· 100% (of total) if cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival.
· If the deposits are not paid in due time, the booking will be cancelled.
Terms and Conditions
The property is rented for up to 6 occupants (Villa Tramuntana) & 7 occupants (Villa Medes Mar). The Tenant expressly agrees not exceed this number. The use of the swimming pool is the sole responsibility of the tenant. The Landlord and the Tenant define the presentation of the following key terms: Keys given on arrival and departure: in the leased property. At the latest when entering the premises, the Tenant to the Landlord will provide a credit card number for an amount of € 200 payable to the landlord as a security deposit to cover any rental damages (damages , deterioration of housing, as well as damage, loss, etc) In the absence of rental damage, security deposit will be returned to the tenant within a maximum of 48 hours after his departure. In the case of the existence of rental damage, the deposit will be returned within a maximum period of two months, expenditure on compensation for damages inferred, justification and supporting invoices.
This rental contract is concluded in favor of the single tenant signatory hereof. Assignment of lease, sublease total or partial, are strictly prohibited. The Tenant will make a peaceful use of the rented accommodation. It will maintain the rented accommodation and will make it in good clean condition. It must respect the neighborhood, as well as the internal regulations of the building. It undertakes to make normal use (160 KW and 3.5 m3 per week) means comfort (heating, cooling, water, etc.) and equipment (household appliances, multimedia, etc.) available to it provision. In case of over-consumption, the Landlord reserves the right to charge a fee. It undertakes to inform the Landlord without delay any failure, damage, incident, or malfunction.
The Landlord agrees to maintain the lease subject of this contract in a satisfactory state of maintenance, cleanliness and security.
For the execution hereof, the Landlord and the Tenant elect domicile in their respective homes, indicated in the header hereof. However, in case of dispute, the home court of the Landlord shall have sole jurisdiction. This contract is subject to Spanish law.
